延吉市朝鲜族与汉族居民死亡原因及其变迁的比较分析

摘　　要：[目的 ]了解延吉市朝鲜族及汉族居民的主要死亡原因及其变化趋势 .[方法 ]对延吉市 2 0 0 0年死亡居民进行回顾性调查 .[结果 ]2 0 0 0年延吉市居民的总死亡率为 389 99/ 10万 ,标化死亡率为4 80 2 0 / 10万 ,其中男性组朝鲜族及汉族的死亡率分别为 5 37 92 / 10万 ,2 98 10 / 10万 ,女性组朝鲜族及汉族的死亡率分别为 4 34 0 4 / 10万 ,2 39 19/ 10万 ,无论男女朝鲜族的总死亡率明显高于汉族 ;1970年～ 2 0 0 0年居民死亡原因中 ,心脑血管疾病一直占据首位 ,意外伤害和营养代谢性疾病在死亡原因构成中从 1973年～ 1975年的第 6位和第 9位上升至 2 0 0 0年的第 4位和第 7位 ,而呼吸系统疾病及传染病则由 1973年～ 1975年的第 4位和第 5位下降至第 6位和第 9位 .[结论 ]慢性非传染性疾病及意外伤害的预防与治疗是下一阶段延吉市卫生保健工作的重点 ,并且应根据不同民族的特征采取不同的预防与治疗措施 .OBJECTIVE?To investigate the causes of de at h and it's trend of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanji city.? METHODS?The death cases in Yanji city 2000 were retrospectively survey ed.? RESULTS?The total mortality among residents of Yanji c ity was 389.99 per 100?000 populations, the standardized mortality was 480.20 per 100?000. The mortalities of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in male and fe male were 537.92, 298.10 per 100?000 and were 434.04, 239.19 per 100?000, respectively, and the mortality of Korean-Chinese nationalitywas higher than t hat of Han nationality. In the causes of death from 1970?s to 2000?s, the firs t oen continuously was cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, and the diseases of en docrine system, nutrition and metabolism were ascended from No 6, 9 in 1973～197 5 to No. 4, 7 in 2000, but respiratory and infectious diseases were descende d fr om No 4, 5 in 1973～1975 to No. 6, No. 9 in 2000, respectively.?CON CLUS ION?The changed pattern of death cause imply that main task of health c are in Yanji city is prevention and treatment for chronic and non-infectious di seases and accidental injury, and it is important to adopt different kinds of prevention and treatment policies and practices according to different natio nality.
