摘　　要：通过2003年参加德国"太阳号"远洋科学考察活动,了解了"太阳号"科考船科学的综合质量管理方法,分析了标准和计量在德国海洋科学调查研究中的作用。The author took part in the oceanographic survey in the open sea and experienced the quality management on the research vessel'SONNE'.In this article, the effect of the standards and metrology on the oceanographic survey was realized and analyzed.It would be a good example of oceanographic survey for our country.
