摘  要:在自制的圆柱状夹套光化反应器中,以6 W(Emax=365 nm)紫外光灯为光源,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)的光催化降解行为,探讨了催化剂用量、pH及外加氧化剂等因素对PVA的光催化降解效率的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量与pH是影响PVA光解的重要因素,在酸性和碱性条件下PVA更易于光催化降解。另外,外加分子氧与过氧化氢可以有效地提高PVA的光解速率。PVA与降解60 min后样品的红外光谱(IR)分析表明,PVA光催化氧化降解过程中羟基氧化形成羰基,碳-碳键的剪切形成短链化合物,实现了长链的断裂。Titanium dioxide mediated photocatalytic degradation of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was studied in an annular photoreactor with 2 × 6 W (Emax=365 nm) UV lamp as light source. The effects of amount of titanium oxide, UV, pH and the addition of H2O2 on the rate of degradation of PVA were studied. Results showed that it was more effective for PVA to be degraded under acidic or alkaline conditions. The order of reaction rates was pH 11 > pH 10 > pH 4 > pH 5 > pH 7. Proper amount of O2 or H2O2 could improve the photodegradation rate of PVA. However, the further increase of H2O2 might inhibit the system efficiency. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) indicated that several carbon-carbon bonds were scissored off, which led to the formation of short-chain compounds during the photocatalytic oxidation of PVA.
