海安县猪水肿病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：对江苏省海安县2003年各乡镇猪水肿病的发病和死亡情况进行了流行病学调查,发现猪水肿病在海安地区呈零星散发,发病率为0.29%～1.36%,死亡率为0.08%～0.35%。从疑似猪水肿病的病料中分离到22株大肠埃希氏菌,其中12株经血清型鉴定,O1395株,O452株,O55、O93、O9、O101、O119各1株。经多重PCR检测毒素基因和黏附素单抗检测菌毛,发现6个分离株带有SLT Ⅱe基因,其余6株带有STb基因。单独表达F18菌毛的4株,F5+F41的1株,F41+F18的1株,F5+F41+F18的2株。药敏试验结果表明,多数分离株对恩诺沙星、庆大霉素、阿米卡星和壮观霉素高度敏感。We have investigated morbidity and mortality of piglet edema inseveraltowns of Hai'an County in 2003. The investigating results demonstrate that piglet edema is sporadic in Hai'an Conty, the morbidity and the mortality of the diseasein Hai'an County are about 0.29%-1.36% and 0.08%-(0.35%) respectively. Twenty-two strains of Escherichia coli were isolated from the samples of the affected cases, among which 12 strains of E.coli were identified serologically. The identification results show that five strains are O_(139), two strains areO_(45), and the other five strains are O_(55), O_(93), O_(9), O_(101),O_(119 ) respectively. By multi-PCR detection of toxin gene and monoclonal antibody identification of fimbriae antigen, the gene type of six strains of E.coli are SLT-Ⅱe, and the gene type of the other six strains of (E.coli) areSTb. Therearefour F_(18) fimbriae expression strains, one fimbriae F_(5)+F_(41) strain, one fimbriae F_(41)+F_(18) strain, and two strains of F_(5)+F_(41)+F_(18). The antibiotic susceptibility test show that most strains are highly sensitive to enrofoxacin, gentamycin, and spectinomycine.
