摘　　要：在知识经济时代,创造公司高价值的不再是有形的资产,而是无形的智力资本,智力资本的评估已成为公司智力资本管理的关键所在。在此,介绍了智力资本基本概念和理论的基础,给出七种智力资本评价模型,比较分析了七种评价模型的优缺点,并给出相应的应用实例,最后指出现有智力资本评价模型的不足和有待进一步研究的方向。In the era of knowledge economy,it is not tangible assets but intangible intellectual capital that creates higher value for the company. Evaluation of intellectual capital has become the key of management of corporate intellectual capital. Firstly,it introduces the basic concept and theory of intellectual capital. Then it puts out 7 models,and makes a comparison on their advantages and disadvantages,followed with some examples for showing their application. Finally,it points out the shortage of existing evaluation model of intellectual capital and the direction for further research.
