摘　　要：随着全球网络经济的进一步发展,网络金融也会日益全球化。电子货币的出现不仅对电子商务的发展意义重大,而且直接或间接地影响到了现有金融理论体系。电子货币的跨国发行与使用,网络银行的跨国经营将更为普遍,竞争更为激烈,对货币理论,进而对各国货币政策将会产生更为深远的影响。With the rapid development of the network economy in the whole world, finance on networks is becoming the main tendency of the future finance development. The article analyses the development of finance on networks, the concept of currency, the function of currency, the currency supply, the currency requirement, and the influence of commercial banks.
