利咽止咳颗粒对慢性咽性咳嗽治疗作用的临床观察 附:126例病报告

摘　　要：目的　探寻提高治疗慢性咽炎所致咽性咳嗽疗效的中医疗法。方法　依据随机原则 ,将 12 6例病员分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用利咽止咳颗粒治疗 ,对照组服用玄麦甘桔汤。两组均以 7天为 1疗程 ,观察期间停用其他治疗药物。结果　两组治疗 1个疗程后 ,治疗组 76例 ,临床治愈 5 0例 ,好转 2 3例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 96 . 1% ,对照组 5 0例 ,临床治愈 2 0例 ,好转 2 2例 ,无效 8例 ,总有效率84 % ,治疗组与对照组临床治愈率与总有效率之差异 ,具有统计学意义 (P <0 . 0 5 ) ,且利咽止咳颗粒在改善咳嗽、咽痒症状方面优于对照组 ,改善咽干、咽痛等症状方面与对照组相近。结论　以玄麦甘桔汤为组方原则 ,加入疏风清热、温润止咳下气化痰药的利咽止咳颗粒 ,是治疗慢性咽性咳嗽较好的方剂。Objective: To find the better TCM method to treat cough due to chronic pharyngitis. Method: 126 cases were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The cases in treatment group were treated with Li-yan Zhi-ke (LYZK) granule while control group with Xuan-mai Gan-ji soup for 7 days as one treatment period. No other medicines were used during this period. Result: Among 76 cases in treatment group, 50 cases were cured while 23 cases turned better and 3 cases had no effect, the total effective rate is 96.1%. Among 50 cases in control group, 20 zcases were cured while 22 cases turned better and 8 cases had no effect, the total effective rate is 84%. So there are statistical significance (P<0.05) for cure rate and effective rate between two groups. In addition, LYZK granule has better effects on releasing symptoms of cough and pharynx itching. Conclusion: LYZK granule mixed with Xuan-mai Gan-ji soup is good medicine to treat chronic pharynx cough.
