摘  要:1 2 0× 1 0 4 吨 /年加氢裂化装置冷高压分离器和循环氢分液罐筒体锻件超长、超大 ,采用抗氢钢1 6MnR(HIC)制造 ,技术要求非常高 ,达到了二重现有设备的制造极限。我们在工艺上采用纯净钢冶炼 ;上下球面镦粗 ,预扩孔—最终扩孔、拔长—扩孔砧扩孔等超大型薄壁筒体的锻造 ;卧装、卧淬的热处理等制造技术 ,以及合理的热处理工艺参数 ,成功制造了三件筒体锻件。The shell forging for 120×10 4 T/year for the cold high pressure separator of the hydrogenation cracking device and circulation hydrogen liquid separate pot are super length and super large component made from 16MnR (HIC) anti-hydrogen steel with higher technical specification, which has reached into the current manufacturing limitation in China Erzhong. In this case we have adopted the forging processes of the large thin wall thickness for the shell such as pure steel melting,upsetting for both top and bottom spherical surface,pre-enlarging of the hole - final enlarging of the hole,length drawing - hole enlarging etc. as well as the process of horizontal assembling and horizontal quenching technology to satisfy the reasonable heat treatment process parameters,so that the three pieces of shells have been successfully manufactured.
