摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法测定饲料中土霉素的含量,于200-500nm间进行扫描,在波长263.9nm处有最大吸收。实验结果表明:土霉素含量在5.0-80.0ug/ml范围内,呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995,平均回收率为100.8%(n=5)。A ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of oxytetracyline in feed. Samples have the max absorption with the wavelength of 263.9 nm when scaned from 200 nm to 500 nm.The results showed when the concentration of oxytetracyline was in the range of 50.0~80.0ug/ml the linearity was very good( r=0.9995).The average recovery rate is 100.8%,(n=5).This method was shown to be simple,accurate and suitablc for routine analysis.
