摘 要:根据二维面阵 CCD 能够快速采集二维图像的特点,提出了一套由视频测试信号发生器、投影屏幕、CCD 摄像机和计算机组成的液晶投影显示颜色均匀性测量及校正系统。该系统利用面阵 CCD 对液晶投影图像三色分量的二维亮度分布进行分时测量,并根据测量及分析得到的校正数据对输出的三色亮度比例进行修正,实现了对液晶投影显示系统颜色均匀性的校正。实验表明,校正后屏幕上各个区域的色坐标和平均色坐标的偏差的标准差为 5.23×10-4,仅为校正前的 10.46%,色均匀度提高了一个量级。A measurement and correction system of color uniformity of LCD projection system consisting of video test signal generator, screen, CCD and computer is proposed. The system makes use of 2-D CCD because of its characteristic of rapid collection of two-dimensional image. Based on the time-divided measurement of two-dimensional brightness distribution of three primary colors on the screen, the correction data are obtained to adjust the output intensity ratio of three colors in order to realize color uniformity correction of LCD projection. The experiment results show that, after correction, the standard deviation of the difference between the chromaticity coordinates of each area of the screen and the average color coordinate is 5.23×10-4. It is only 10.46% of the corresponding one before correction. The color uniformity of the screen increases about one magnitude.
