摘 要:根据1m光学主镜支撑系统的特殊要求,提出了空间主桁架结构的模态分析与试验方案。运用MSC.NASTRAN软件计算求得前几阶固有频率和振型, 分析出结构存在局部模态。用自由悬挂、单点激振多点拾振法进行模态试验,CADA-X软件辨识模态参数, 结果验证了结构隐含的薄弱环节。计算与试验得到的模态参数相对误差在7.9%内,说明模态分析与试验的方案可行。分析了试验误差和结构产生缺陷的原因,为整星改进设计与光学装校提供可靠依据。A modal analysis and experimental scheme for main truss of Space Solar Telescope is proposed according to the special demands of the supporting system for 1m Space Solar Telescope. The local modality of the main truss is analyzed by obtaining the inherent frequency and vibration model of the first several orders through calculation with MSC.NASTRAN software. Modal test is carried out by means of free hanging, single vibration excitation and multiple-vibration picking up. The model parameters are identified by CADA-X software. The test results verify the weak links included in the structure. The relative error for modal parameters obtained by calculation and experiments is within 7.9%. This shows the scheme for modal analysis and experiments feasible. The test error and the causes for creating faults are analyzed, thus providing a reliable basis for optical assembling and a satellite design.
