摘　　要：在回顾上海都市旅游发展的历史 ,并将近年来上海旅游发展在长江三角洲地区、华东地区、全国范围等不同层次上进行对比的基础上 ,分析了上海都市旅游发展存在的问题 ,提出上海都市旅游的内涵细分和构建包括上海都市旅游核、都市旅游带、都市旅游圈在内的大上海都市旅游圈的构想 。The paper reviewed the history of urban tourism development in Shanghai, compared the achievements in tourism development in Yangtze River delta with that in east China as well as that in China, analyzed the problems in Shanghai's urban tourism development, put forward the concept of connotation segmentation of urban tourism in Shanghai and a suggestion of constructing Grand urban tourism circle in Shanghai that includes a core and some belts and circles, and discussed issues concerning urban tourism development and integrated construction of Shanghai.
