摘　　要：本文通过介绍 7万吨级巴拿马型原油 /成品油船船型开发设计特点 ,阐述了一个成功的船型开发离不开船东、船厂。In this paper, the design features of the ship form of a 70 000 DWT Panamax crude/product tanker are used as an example to explain that a successful ship form development can't be completed without the communication and cooperation among the four sectors of ship owner, shipyard, ship classification society and designer.
