摘　　要：在分析体育产业投资基金投资原则的基础上,探讨体育产业市场的投资方式。提出适合我国体育产业投资基金的风险投资方式(权益型投资、债权型投资)和BOT投资方式。强调基金公司在投资过程中应注意的问题,即控制权、产权、政策支持、法律环境等问题。Based on the analysis of the investment principle of sports industrial investment fund, the present paper has probed into the methods of investment in the sports industrial market. It has put forward the risky investment forms (the investment forms of rights and interests type, creditor's rights type and BOT) applicable to the sports industrial investment fund of our country, and stressed some issues that must be paid high attention to by fund companies in the procedure of investment, i.e. control right, property right, policy support, law environment and so on.
