摘　　要：目的　研究芫花根(Daphnegenkwa)的化学成分。方法　采用硅胶和SephadexLH 20柱色谱技术进行分 离纯化,运用多种波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果　分离得到一个新的双香豆素异西瑞香素,结构被确认为7 羟基 6 甲氧基 4[(2 氧杂 2H 1 苯并吡喃 7 基) 氧基] 2H 1 苯并吡喃 2 酮。结论　异西瑞香素(isodaphnoretin)为一个新 化合物。Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots of Daphne genkwa . Methods Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification. The structure was elucidated by a combination of spectroscopic analyses. Results A new dicoumarin named isodaphnoretin was isolated and the structure was established as 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-4-[(2-oxo-2H-1-benzopyran-7-yl)-oxyl]-2H-1-benzopyran-2-one. Conclusion Isodaphnoretin is a new compound.
