摘　　要：根据汽车下摆臂的工作条件和受力情况 ,对其材料的显微组织进行了观察 ,测定了材料硬度 ,并对断口进行了分析 。The microstructure of the automobile lower sway arm has been observed according to its working condition and load case.The hardness was measured and the fracture was analyzed.The results show that the fracture of the lower sway arm was due to the decrease of strength and toughness resulting from the reticulation ferrite and much impurity which was introduced by improper heat treatment.
