摘　　要：目的:探讨槲皮素对HL鄄60细胞的形态、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:以HL鄄60细胞为研究对象,细胞形态学观察采用Wright染色法;膜联蛋白V(AnnexinⅤ)标记检测细胞凋亡率;VEGF表达采用ELISA法。结果:①经槲皮素处理后,HL鄄60细胞形态学上出现凋亡特征性改变。②槲皮素处理后HL鄄60细胞凋亡率明显增加。③槲皮素处理后HL鄄60细胞显著降低VEGF表达。结论:槲皮素在体外能抑制白血病细胞HL鄄60生长并诱导其凋亡;槲皮素可抑制白血病细胞分泌VEGF。Objective To investigate the effect of the quercetin on the cell morphology and the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), expression in HL-60 cell. Methods The cell morphology was assayed by Wright's stain, the rate of apoptosis was detected through the apoptotic marker of Annexin Ⅴ and the VEGF expression was examined by ELISA. Results The typical apoptosis was observed in HL-60 cell after the treatment with quercetin. Apoptotic marker Annexin Ⅴanalysis showed that, the apoptotic rate of HL-60 cell increased after the treatment with quercetin. The VEGF expression in HL-60 cell decreased significantly after the treatment with quercetin. Conclusions Quercetin can inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis in HL-60 cell. It also can inhibit the secretion of VEGF in leukemia.
