摘 要:为了研究液体黏性联轴器的扭矩传递特性,通过台架实验分析了3种硅油黏度、3种填充率及3种输入转速对液体黏性联轴器扭矩传递特性的影响;实验结果表明,黏度越大,发生驼峰现象所需的最低转速差越小,填充率低于90%时不发生驼峰现象,输入转速对驼峰现象的发生并没有影响;并测出了液体黏性联轴器的表面温度场,对研究实验件内部流体温度的变化有重要意义.The influence on torque of three viscosities, three original filling rates and three rotational speed differences were discussed in order to study the torque characteristics of liquid viscous coupling. It was showed that the higher of the viscosity, the lower of the minimum speed difference. When the filling rate is less than 90%, no hump was founded. Moreover, input speed has no influence on hump. The surface temperature of liquid viscous coupling was also given, which is important for researching the temperature changing in liquid viscous coupling.
