应用重组N蛋白-ELISA检测广西猪群PRRS病毒抗体

摘　　要：应用重组N蛋白-ELISA检测法,对从广西某些疑有PRRS的猪场采集的251头份血清进行了PRRS病毒抗体的检测,检出阳性血清117头份,阳性率为46 61%。检测结果说明:广西猪群PRRS病毒感染已较普遍,而且感染程度已较严重,应引起各猪场和相关管理部门的高度重视;重组N蛋白-ELISA法具有操作简便,检测快速,重复性好等优点,适用于养猪企业和防疫管理部门对PRRS的检测和诊断。251 serum samples collected from the pigs in Guangxi were detected by the method of recombinant necleocapsid protein-ELISA.Among of them,antibodies of PRRS virus from 117 serum samples were detected and the rate of positive sera was 46.61 %. The results indicated it was common that the pigs in Guangxi were infected by the PRRS virus.The method of recombinant necleocapsid protein-ELISA used in this experiment was easy to operate,quick for detecting and had good repeatability.So the method was very suit to the hoggeries and epidemic prevention organ to detect and diagnose the PRRS.
