摘  要: 为提高胶粘涂层与金属基体的结合强度,研究了固化条件对环氧胶粘涂层 金属界面强度的影响,以得到用适于环氧玻璃鳞片涂料的固化方式,采用对接拉伸试验法研究了玻璃鳞片的质量分数为25%时固化条件对添加玻璃鳞片的环氧胶粘涂层界面强度的影响。研究结果表明,在所采取的试验条件下,经历了60℃下加热2h的环氧玻璃鳞片涂层与钢基体之间有较高的界面强度。固化条件变化将引起接头宏观破坏类型的变化,即由室温固化48h时的环氧胶 涂层间界面破坏为主,转变为加热固化时的玻璃鳞片漆内聚破坏为主。破坏模式的变化可能由涂层固化中出现的内应力所引起。The influence of curing condition on the interfacial strength of glass-flake-added epoxy coating layer is studied to obtain suitable curing parameters that could raise the interfacial strength between the coating layer and the metal substrate. The butt joint specimen is made from steel bars bonded by the adhesive layer with 25% glass flake and undergone the tensile testing to evaluate the interfacial strength. The results from the experiments show that the higher interfacial strength could be obtained for the specimen during heating curing procedure and the fail modes changed from mainly interfacial to cohesive under the experimental condition. The variation of the fail modes for the butt tensile joints may be caused by the inner stress occurred in adhesive coating layer during the heating curing procedure.
