摘  要:通过观察促甲状腺素释放激素(TRII)对失血性休克犬血清磷脂酶 A_2(PLA_2)活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响,探讨 TRH 抗休克的可能机理。结果显示:治疗后1、2、4小时血清 PLA_2活性,对照组和 TRH 治疗组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01或 P<0.001):血清 LPO 含量在治疗后4小时两组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。推测 TRH 抑制 PLA_2活性和减轻氧自由基介导的脂质过氧化损伤是其抗失血性休克的重要机理之一。The effect of thyrotropin-releasing hormone(TRH)on s(?)rum phospholipase A2(PLA2)activity and serum concentration of lipoperoxide(LPO)was studied in canineduring severe hemorrhagic shock.The model of shock was created by the modifiedWigger's method.The results showed that serum PLA2 activity of the placebo dogswas significantly higher than that of the TRH-treated dogs at 1,2,4 hours aftertreatment(P<0.01 or P<0.001)and that serum LPO of the placebo dogs was sig-nificantly higher that serum LPO of the placebo dogs was significantly higher thanthat of the TRH-treated dogs at 4 hour after treatmont(P<0.01).These results suggestthat one of the antishock m(?)chanisms of TRH in canine homorrhagic shock might beits effective suppression on serum PLA2 activity and the all(?)viation of the lipop(?)roxi-dation damage on tissues and cells induced by the oxygen free radical(OFR).
