缺血性心脏病JTc间期的观察

摘　　要：本文报道40例心肌梗塞和20例慢性冠脉供血不足患者的 JTc 间期与100例正常对照组比较,显示心肌梗塞组之 JTc 间期较慢性冠脉供血不足组、正常对照组显著延长,而慢性冠脉供血不足组之间期与正常组相比无显著差异。JTc 间期的改变在急性心肌梗塞时发生率高,易诱发室速、室颤造成猝死。鉴于 JTc 间期已排除心室肌除极时限的影响,故 JTc 间期比 Q-Tc 间期更具可取之处,即便心室除极顺序异常时发生心肌梗塞,TJc 间期亦能精确反映缺血心肌复极状况,有助于对患者预后的估计,故作者认为 JTc 间期是一项颇有应用价值的心电指标。In comparison with 100 cases of control group,the JTc intervals in 40 cases ofmyocardial infarction(MI)and 20 cases of chronic coronary insufficiency(CCI)arereportsed.It is evident that the JTc interval in Ⅳ I is much longer than that in CCIand control group,but there is no difference between CCI and control group.The higherincidence of JTc interval prolongation during acute MI may easily cause suddendeath due to tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation.In view of having excluded theinfluence of ventricular depolarization duration,the JTc interval seems more desirablethan Q-Tc interval.Although the ventricular depolarization may occur disorderly duringmyocardial infarction,the JTc interval may accurately reflect ischemic myocardialrepolarization and help to assess the prognosis.The authors consider that the JTc in-terval is an electrocardial index of great practical value.
