中国紫金牛属的分类及其岩白菜素的含量

摘　　要：紫金牛属(Ardisia)多种植物具有止咳化痰等功效。近年来的药理及临床研究发现对慢支、肺结核及扁桃体炎有显效,并有抗生育、退黄疸、增强免疫功能等作用。作者实地调查并采集了该属药用植物21种1变种,进行了分类学研究,列出检索表。用薄层扫描法对岩白菜素的存在及含量进行了分析,发现七种植物含岩白菜素。其中,以酸苔菜(Ardisia solanaceaRoxb)含量最高,且资源丰富,可开发利用。The most species of Ardisia are used as Chinese traditional and folk medicine since ancient times. In this Paper, 21 species and 1 variety from China were collected and discovered to be used as medicine. The taxonomy of these species and preliminary chemical constituents were studied.TLO of 17 species was reported. Content of Bergenin in Ardisia medicinal plants was determined by TLO-densitometry method. The results showed that only 7 out of 17 species of Ardisia medicinal plants contain Bergenin. It was found that content of Bergenin in Ardisia solanacea is higher than others, and its natural resource abounds in China, so thie species has value for utilization.
