摘  要:将部分乃至全部精矿粉经圆盘遗球机预制成3~7mm的小球后,再与其他原、燃料及返矿配合混匀进行烧结,可有效地提高全精粉烧结的产质量。本文阐述了该工艺的实验室研究结果,井结合马钢二烧3号机的实际情况提出了实施该工艺的设想。With pro-granulating part, even all iron concentrates to be sintered into 3~7 mm dia. micropellets in bailing pan before mixing with other raw materials, fuels and return fines, the sinter production and quality of all concentrate sintering operation can be improved effectively. The results of laboratory study on this process were presented in this paper and some ideas to realize this process were proposed according to the conditions of №. 3 sintering machine in №2 sinter plant, Maansban I & S Co.
