摘　　要：介绍了宝钢线型烧嘴点火炉中料面温度、垂直高度温度、料面负压、气体成分的测定结果;从台车烧结饼上取样,进行了物相分析、强度测定、密度测定;观察了烧嘴破损状态。从上述结果分析认为:线型烧嘴工作温度高,寿命低;应加强点火炉侧壁的密封;有必要增加点火保温措施。The bed surface temperature, the temperature distribution between igniter and bed surface, the suction over bed and the gas components in line--type ignition furnace were measured. The mineralogical analysis; strength and density measurement were conducted with the samples taken from the sinter cake on the pallets. The igniters damage status was observed. Based on the results obtained, the thermo--technical characteristics of the ignition furnace were analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed, such as enhancement of sealings of hood side walls and addition of after--heating.
