摘　　要：详细分析了热噪声、消光比及码型干扰对MDD系统光前放接收机的影响,给出了相应的计算公式与讨论结果,并建立了2.5Gb/s光前放接收机实验系统,实测结果表明理论与实验吻合良好,其误差≤0.5dB。The influence of thermal noise, extinction ratio and input shape interference on the optically pre-amplified receiver used in LMDD systems is discussed in this paper. and the related formulas are derived. An experimental system of 2. 5 Gb/s optically pre-amplified receiver is established. Experiment showed that the errors of the measurements apart from the theory were not greater than 0. 5 dB.
