摘 要:对刮痕强度试验机进行适当的改进,就可测量芯砂的冲击韧性,并使一机两用。通过对不同粘结剂加入量的水玻璃砂、覆膜砂、纸浆砂等的冲击韧性的测定,说明用消耗冲击功表示芯砂的韧性是可行的,测试方法简单、数据稳定、分辨能力较高,这给评价高强度的化学粘结剂砂性能提供了一种新的测试方法。The scratch strength tester has been improved in the paper,which can measure the impact toughness and has two uses. It proved that it is feasible for comsumed impact work indicating impact toughness of core sands by means of determination of impact toughness of sodium silicate sand, coating sand and pulp sand with binders of different addition. There has been performed with simple measuring method, stabile data and high resolving power for the tester. It is a new measuring method for evaluating the properties of chemical bonding sand with high strength.
