水稻品质性状的品种间差异及其与产量关系的研究

摘　　要：研究12个品种(系或组合)包括碾磨品质、外观品质、蒸煮食味品质和营养品质的14个品质指标的结果表明,14个品质指标均存在显著或极显著的品种间差异;这些品质指标的相互关系复杂,绝大部分对另外品质指标既有正作用又有负作用,只有粒长对其它品质指标基本没有负作用;品质指标与产量构成因素的关系亦很复杂,但与产量本身的关系并不密切。此外,还讨论了品质育种中的几个问题。Fourteen quality characteristics of 12 rice cultivars were investigated. The re- sult indicated that there was significant difference in these characteristics among culti- vars. The correlation between them was complex. The effects of many quality charac- ters on the others were positive or negative. but the grain length had no effect on the others. The relation between quality characters and the components of yield was also complex but the former had no close relationship with yield itself. Some problems of the breeding for quality in rice were also discussed in this paper.
