摘 要:通过光学显微镜和电子显微镜对辽西地区现有20余种乔灌木树种叶片的栅栏组织、海绵组织、气孔大小及频率、角质层和腊质层的厚度及叶表皮毛的测定,经过综合分析,认为阔叶树种中蒙古柞,元宝槭,毛黄栌,山杏,山枣,白榆,黄榆,沙棘叶片呈中生偏旱生结构;刺槐,紫穗槐,丁香,小青杨,旱柳叶片属中生结构。针叶树种中侧柏,樟子松,油松,赤松都具有发达的角质层和下陷的气孔。唯侧柏气孔偏大,但却大多分布于鳞片间的夹缝中。华北落叶松的气孔频率大,表皮薄,气孔微陷,叶肉组织疏松,抗旱性差。By means of light and electron microscope the leaves of 21 trees and shrubs were observed in palisade tissue. spone tissue, the size and frequency of stomata. the thickness of cuticle and wax layer, the epidermal hairs and so on. After synthetic analyses it was shown that Quercus mongolica. Acer truncturn. Cotinus coggygria. Prunus sibirica. Zizyphu jujuba var. spinosus, Ulmus pumila. Ulmus macrocarpa and Hippophae rhamnoides have more or less xerophytic structure leaf. The leaves of Robinia pseudo—acacia. Amorpha fruticosa. Syringa oblata. Populus pseudo—simonil and Salix matsudana are mesophytic. The leaves of Thuja orientalis, Pinus tabulaeformis. Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica have rather thick cuticle and descended stomata, but tabulaeformis. Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica have rather thick cuticle and descended stomata, but Thuja orientalis has bigger stomata which distribute in the craks of scales. Larix principis—Rupprechii has higher frequency, slightly descended stomata, thin dpidermis and loose mesophyll tissue, hence little drought resistance.
