摘 要:本文应用有限元分析方法,对不同固位形式的非游离端可摘义齿进行应力分析,结果表明:10°支托的义齿基牙牙槽骨受力最均匀,附着体义齿在牙槽骨顶端应力大于10°支托,小于0°及20°支托义齿。从位移上看,10°及附着体义齿基牙位移情况接近,20°、0°支托时位移较大。附着体义齿可对基牙倾斜自行限制,受外界影响小,在临床上,比支托在最佳角度上更容易控制。Two dimensional finite element method is used in stress and displacement analysis of four states in this study. One is attachment retained nonextensive removable partial denture. The other three are clasp retained nonextensive removable partial dentures with various degree occlusal rest. The results are: Stress distribution in alveolar bone around abutment is most equal with 10 degree rest denture. It is middle when with attachment denture. Tensile forces in the top of alveolar bone is very big with 0 and 20 degree rest denture. Displacement of abutment with attachment denture is similar to 10 degree rest denture and less than 0 and 20 degree rest denture. It means attachment can limit the abutment tilt. Attachment retained denture is better than clasp retained dentures for it's difficult to control the rest angle at 10 degree in clinic.
