摘  要:本文系统研究了具有笼式通气搅拌装置的CellCul-20A动物细胞培养反应器的氧传递规律,考察了温度、转速、通气速率、丝网及消泡腔对氧传递速率的影响。实验结果表明,通气速率对k_(Lα)有显著影响,消泡腔对k_(Lα)有不利作用。根据实验数据,建立了表面通气、深层通气的氧传递关联式。The oxygen transfer rates were investigated systematically in CellCul20A bioreactor with the device of cage aeration in this paper. The temperature, rotating speed, aeration rate and foam breaker, which affected the oxygen transfer rates were studied, respectively. The mass transfer rate increased with aeration significantly wbile the foam breaker had negative effect on k_La, especially in a cell culture medium with 5% (v/v) calf serum. The oxygen transfer coefficients of surface and deep aerations were correlated based on the experimental data.
