精胺对红细胞膜阴离子通透性的影响

摘　　要：本文采用改进的NH_4Cl等渗膨胀法研究了精胺对红细胞膜阴离子通透性的影响.结果表明精胺对膜阴离子通透性有增大作用,并且这种作用随精胺浓度的增加及作用时间的延长而增大.本文还就精按的作用机制进行了探讨.The effect of spermine on the anion transport across the erythrocyte membranes was studied by our new improved method of NH4C1 istonic swelling. The results showed that the permeability of the anion transport was increased, depending on the spermine concentration and time course. The mechanism of spermine effect was also studied. It seems that spermine mainly affects the structure of membrane cytoskeleton through the reaction with spectrin proteins. This will lead to the conformational changes in Band 3, which causes the change of anion transport.
