鸡胚肝脏液晶类脂滴冰冻蚀刻结构研究

摘　　要：鸡胚肝脏组织中液晶类脂滴在不同温度及不同降温速度等条件下,呈现出液晶、结晶及各向同性态,并且三相之间可以互相转变.以冰冻蚀刻复型的方法,证实鸡胚发育中肝脏类滴液晶态为迟晶型液晶,并对0℃处理后的类脂满结晶进行了观察.最后对鸡胚肝脏液晶类脂滴与低密度脂蛋白的相似性进行了讨论.We have reported in the previous works that at different temperatures and different rates of temperature changing, the hepatic liquid crystal lipoid drops of chick embryo were able to convert from liquid crystal state to crystal or isotropic drop state, and transition could take place between the two of these three states. In this paper, observations on the crystal and liquid crystal were made and that hepatic lipoid drop belongs to smectic liquid crystal state was showed by freeze - etching technique. Finally, the similarity betweenhepatic liquid crystal lipoid drops and low density lipoprotein(LDL) have been disscused.
