摘  要:体外培养新生大鼠皮层神经细胞按形态特点分为三类:锥体形神经细胞、星形神经细胞和双极神经细胞.胞内微电极记录结果表明:随着培龄的增加,星形神经细胞的静息膜电位显著增加,从Ⅱ期(7-10DIV,DIV=Days In Vitro)开始膜输入阻抗显著下降.胞外微电极压力注射L-谷氨酸(10—25μmol/L),引起星形神经细胞去极化;随着培龄的增加,星形神经细胞对L-谷氨酸的反应率增大.There are three different morphological types of neuron, pyramidal-shaped neuron, stellate - shaped neuron and bipolar -shaped neuron. in the culture of neonatal rat cortex observed under the inverted phase contrast microscope (NIKON 810185. Japan).The results of intracellular microelectrode recording of stellate-shaped neuron indicated that its resting membrane potential increased significantly with the increase of culture age and the input resistance decreased since the second stage of culture (7-10 days). L-glutamate (extracellular pressure injection through microelectrode) caused stellate-shaped neuron depolarized and with the increase of culture age. the response ratio of the depolarization to L-glutamate among population of stellate-shaped neuron was increased.
