β_2—MG 测定对高血压病肾脏损害诊断价值的初步探讨

摘　　要：本文对60例高血压病用放射免疫测定法检测血、尿β_2—MG,并同步检测血 BUN、Cr、PSP 试验,结果显示:Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压与对照组比较:血β_2—MG 与 BUN、Cr,尿β_2—MG 与 PSP 试验、尿旦白有非常显著性差异(P 值均<0.01),故β_2—MG 增高是反映高血压病肾小球与肾小管损害敏感指标,并初步证实高血压早期已有肾功能损害改变。按目前常规检测方法高血压性肾损害阳性率低,为了揭示高血压病肾损害,我院用放射免疫法测定血、尿β_2—MG,并与血 BUN、Cr、PSP 试验(静脉法),尿旦白相关性进行显著性测验。β_2—MG determination of blood and urine for 60 patients and synchro-nous Cr,PSP determination of blood were made by radioimmunoprecip-itation assay.The results are as follows:High blood pressure at Ⅱ sta-ge was compared with that at Ⅲ statge,there is a marked difference inurinary protein(P<0.01)in β_2—MG,Bon and Cr blood test,and β_2—Mgand PSP urine test.Therefore,the increase in β_2—MG value is an indexof sensibility that marks the level of damage in glomerulus and renal t-ubules in high blood pressure,and conforms the impairment of renal fun-ction at the early stage of high blood pressure.
