新疆黄牛胃肠胰(GEP)系统中5种免疫活性内分泌细胞的分布及形态

摘　　要：应用 ABC 免疫组织化学方法对新疆地区黄牛的胃肠胰(GEP)系统中的5种免疫活性内分泌细胞的分布、密度和形态学进行了细微研究。其中包括胃泌素、胰高血糖素、内啡肽,抑胃多肽,5—羟色胺等免疫活性内分泌细胞。其中5—羟色胺免疫活性内分泌细胞在黄牛整个胃肠道均有分布;胰高血糖素免疫活性细胞不同程度分布在除升结肠外的所有胃肠道中;胃泌素免疫活性细胞则存在于胃及十二指肠前、中段;内啡肽免疫活性细胞仅在除十二指肠前段、盲肠和主肠中的其它肠段中见到;抑胃多肽免疫活性内分泌细胞则仅见于小肠。5种免疫活性内分泌细胞的形态大致相同,它们随所在部位不同而呈长梭形、锥形或不规则形,并以细胞顶部胞突伸向腺腔或以基底部胞突伸向旁邻细胞和基膜方向。胰中只见到5—羟色胺和胰高血糖素免疫活性阳性反应,这2种阳性细胞主要分布于胰岛上,偶而在胰腺腺泡之间有见,其形态不规则,都缺少较长的细胞突起。By using immunohistochemical staining technique of avidin—biotin—peroxidase complex(ABC)method,5 kinds of antisera raised against mammalian hormones were investigatedwith regard to the distribution and morphology of immunoreactive endocrine cells in the gas-tro—entero—pancreatic system of cattle in Xinjiang region.5—hydroxytryptamine(5—HT)immunoreactive endocrine cells were found in whole gastrointestinal tract of cattle;glucagon(GLU)immunoreactive endocrine cells distributed in whole gut except colon with differentdensity;gastrin immunoreactive endocrine cells could be seen in stomach and anterior andmiddle segment of duodenum;endorphine immunoreactive endocrine cells were only found inpart segment of intestinal tract except anterior segment of duodenum,cecum and rectum;gas-tric inhibitery polypeptide immunoreactive endocrine cells were only found in the small imtes-tine.The shape of 5 kinds of immunoreactive endocrine cells was roughly the same,they weremid or irregular in shape with different parts. Their apical cytoplasmic pro-long shuttle,pyramid or irregular in shape with different parts.Their apical cytoplasmic pro-casses extended to to the glandular cavity and the basal cytoplasmic processes extended to theadjacent cell or basement membrane.In pancreas,the positive reaction of 5—HT and GLU— immunoreactive could be seen,these two positive cells were mostly distributed in the pancre-atic islands,were occasionally seen between pancreas acini.These cells were irregular inshape and were short of long cytoplasmic prosses.
