摘　　要：运用胶体金标记的ConA 为分子探针,观察人精子表面ConA 受体在顶体反应中的改变。结果表明:1.人精子表面ConA 受体被一些大分子物质所掩盖,孵育前不被显示。2.孵育后人精子顶体后区质膜集聚ConA 受体,提示该区ConA 受体在精子与卵子识别的过程中起重要作用。In this study ConA labeled with colloidal gold was used to observe the distribution of receptorfor ConA on the surface of human sperm and to monitor the possible changes of its distributionduring the period of acrosome reaction.The observation showed that:1.before incubation,thereceptor for ConA on the surface of sperm was totally blocked by some substancdes with largemolecular weight which supplied by the accessory glands.2.the surfaces of both the inner and outeracrosomal membranes were labeled with colloidal gold all the times after incubation.3.during theperiod of acrosome reaction,the structure of the plasma membrane in the postacrosonal region waschanged and the receptor ConA was exposed also.It was suggested that the receptor for ConA mayplay an important role in the course of fertilization.
