摘　　要：本文报道了在中国研制的一种新型含NP-9杀精子药避孕套Spermicidal Condom(简称SC 避孕套),这种避孕套含药25mg 以上。通过药理学研究,20例房事后试验,257例临床试用一年和一些拉伸强度和扯断伸长率的物理性能测试证明SC 避孕套与惰性避孕套相比是一种较好的避孕工具。鉴于SC 避孕套杀精子作用迅速,对阴道粘膜无刺激性,物理性能检测类同惰性避孕套,符合国家检测标准。SC 避孕套是一种安全、有效、应用舒适、方便的避孕套新产品。This paper reported a new type of SC Condom containg more than 25 mg NP-9 spermicidalin China.By relative studies of pharmacology,in 20 cases of PCT,257 cases of clinical trialsfor one year and some examinations on the physical properties of condom including tensile strengthand elongation,it was showed that SC condom is a better method available for preventingpregnancy than the inert condom.SC condom was characterised by rapid spermicidal activity and non-irritating to the vaginalmucus and good physisal properties in accordance with the examinations as inert condom in nationalstandard.It was showed that SC condom has both spermicidal activity and barrier contraceptiveaction,so,it was a new product of a safe,effective,convenient and comfortable contraceptivecondom.
