摘 要:于大鼠孕4天,由侧脑室注射钙调素(CaM)特异性拮抗剂—三氟拉嗪(TFP)具有显著的抗生育作用,抗生育率为83%,对照组为0%。检查着床点的滂胺蓝反应,实验表明其抗生育作用是由于阻断了胚泡的着床。侧脑室注射TFP 能明显降低下丘脑、卵巢和子宫内CaM 的含量,也明显降低血清孕酮水平。但在大鼠孕7天,脑室注射TFP,则无终止妊娠的作用。结果表明,在大鼠妊娠的一定时候,侧脑室注射CaM 拮抗剂,不仅能降低有关组织的CaM 含量,且有抗生育作用。由此可推断CaM 在妊娠过程中起着重要作用。A single intraventricular injection of selective antagonist of calmodulin(CaM),Trifluoperazine(TFP),on the 4th day of pregnancy in rats showed a marked effect on fertility.The antifertility rate was 83% in treated group and 0% in control.By using the pontamoneblue reaction,it showed that the antifertility effect of TFP was due to terminating the implatatonof embryos.But intraventricular injection of TFP on the 7th day of pregnancy could notterminate the pregnancy.In addition,it was found that injection of TFP into the lateralventricle of rats could evidently decrease the CaM content in hypothalamus,ovary and uterus aswell as the serum progesterone level,which indicated that the decrease of CaM content someafter intraventricular injection of TFP may be of important role in the process of pregnancy.
