活性双歧杆菌治疗小儿腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活性双歧杆菌治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法:１６０例小儿腹泻病例随机分为活性双歧杆菌治疗观察组和单纯抗生素治疗对照组各８０例,观察两组治疗７２ｈ后的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率达１００%,显效占８５%;对照组总有效率达８０%,显效占６５%(Ｐ＜０．０５)。结论:活性双歧杆菌是治疗小儿腹泻的一种有效且安全的良药。ve: To study the curative effect of active bifidobacteliurn in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods: 160 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The test group was treated with active bifidobacterium and the control group with antibiotic. The curative effects were compared after 72 h. Results: The total effective rate in the test group was 100% ,with the good effective rate of 85% , compared to 80% and 65% respectively in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: Active bifidobacterium is effective and safe in the treatment of diarrhea in children.
