中西医结合治疗产妇母乳缺乏

摘　　要：目的　探讨中西药结合治疗产妇母乳缺乏的疗效。方法　对 10 6例母乳缺乏产妇随机分为 3组 ,采用西药、中药、中西药结合三种方法进行治疗。结果　中药组与西药组治疗效果差异无显著性 ,而中西药结合组与前两组比较 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =14 .73,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　中西药结合 (猪蹄汤并灭吐灵 )组治疗产妇母缺乏总有效率为 10 0 % 。Objective To discover the effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of shortage of milk in puerperant. Methods 3 methods such as western medicine treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were used to treat 106 cases of shortage of maternal milk in puerperants who were divided into 3 groups randomly and respectively. Results There were no remarkable differences between the group with treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and the group with treatment of western medicine, but the result showed that the total effective rate of the group with the combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was higher than the other groups (χ 2=14.73, P< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine has a better effect than other two methods.
