醒髓汤对大鼠脊髓损伤内皮素影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察醒髓汤对大鼠中度脊髓损伤 (SCI)组织中内皮素 (ET)含量变化的影响。方法 :采用改良式的Allen’s造模方法 ,复制大鼠中度脊髓损伤模型。设立醒髓汤组、强的松龙组、模型组、空白组。结果 :醒髓汤组与强的松龙组 2 4小时内对内皮素影响无显著差异。 3天后 ,醒髓汤组内皮素含量明显低于强的松龙组。结论 :在SCI的后期继发性损伤过程中 。Objective:Observe the infulence of XST to ET of SCI rats. Method:Applying improved Allen's method make the animal model of Injury of Spinal Cord (SCI) on rats, then dividing all rats into four groups; XST group ; prednisone group; model group and blank group. Result: There is no difference between XST group and prednisone group. Within 24 hours, after three days, the content of ET in the SXT group is lower, than the prednisone group. Conclusion: For the effect of lowing the content of ET, the SXT is better than prednisone.
