摘　　要：目的 :总结未破膜原位大隐静脉动脉化治疗下肢缺血性疾病的临床治疗体会。方法 :对 11例严重下肢缺血性疾病患者进行未破膜原位大隐静脉动脉化手术 ,严密观察手术前后肢体缺血改善和加重的症状与体征。结果 :11例手术后临床症状即得到明显改善 ,并逐渐好转。结论 :下肢缺血性疾病无血管转流手术条件者 ,未破膜原位大隐静脉动脉化有可能挽救肢体 ,术式操作简单、实用。To summarize the experience of chronic ischemic disease in the lower limb using arteriovenous bypass in situ great saphenous vein without extirpation of venous valves.Methods: The operations of in situ great saphenous vein arterial bypass without venous valves extirpation had been done and the perioprative clinical manifestation had been observed in 11 patients with serious chronic ischemia of lower limbs.Results: The clinical manifestations of ll patients had been improved gradually.Conclusion: It may be a better operation of in situ great saphenous vein arterial bypass without venous valves extirpation,which is effective,simple,practicable,and deserved to be popularized in some cases.
