摘　　要：目的 :观察腹主动脉瘤患者腔内隔绝术 (EVGE)后生化指标的变化。方法 :回顾性观察分析 78例腹主动脉瘤患者行传统手术 (OS)及EVGE后血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮水平的改变情况。结果 :两组术前上述指标均无显著性差别。术后OS组总蛋白、白蛋白均有显著下降 ,血肌酐及尿素氮均明显升高 ;球蛋白、总胆红素、间接胆红素无明显变化。EVGE组术后总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白及白球比值均明显下降 ,直接胆红素增加 ,总胆红素、间接胆红素、肌酐、尿素氮无明显变化。术后OS组较EVGE组白球比值明显下降 (P =0 0 0 82 ) ,BUN明显升高 (P =0 0 497)。结论 :EVGE对肝肾功能的影响小 ,是适合腹主动脉瘤患者的微创疗法。Objective: To assess the changes of the serum biochemical parameters after endovascular graft exclusion(EVGE) in patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms(AAA)Methods: The serum contents of total protein,albumin,globulin ,creatine and BUN in 78 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysms treated with EVE and open surgery(OS) were detected, and were analysed with Student's t test.Results: The parameters above were similar before operations.After operation, the total serum protein, albumin decreased, and the serum creatine and BUN increased significantly in the OS group,while the serum globulin, total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin remains constantly. The total serum protein, albumin, globin and the ratio of A/G decreased significantly in the EVGE group after the operation, while the total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin,creatine and BUN remains constantly. Comparatively between the two groups, the ratio of A/G decreased significantly in OS group,which differed significantly with the EVGE group. The serum BUN was also higher significantly than that of EVGE group.Conclusion: Affects upon liver and renal functions by EVGE are much less than that of the open surgery. EVGE is a feasible mini-invasive method for the patients with AAA.
