摘 要:空心抽油杆开式热水循环——掺热水采油工艺在大港枣园油田高粘高凝油开采中已获得成功应用.该工艺具有井筒结构简单、施工方便、加热效率高等优点.本文通过传热学和水动力学分析,揭示了掺水参数和空心抽油杆尺寸对掺水加热效果的影响,给出了它们的确定原则和方法.给定掺水压力上限后.通过计算机优化设计可求出满足井筒加热要求的掺水量和掺水温度.研究表明,采用较细的空心抽油杆可改善井筒加热效果,降低杆柱成本.The technology of oil production by open circulation of hot water through the hollow rod has been used in the recovery of the high pouropoint, heavy oil in Zaoyuan Oilfield. It has several advantages of simple wellbore structure, convenient operation and high heat efficiency. In this paper, the effects of the operation parameters and the size of the hollow rod on wellbore temperature and pressure distribution are analyzed. Given the maximum operation pressure of hot water circulation, the optimum combination of circulation rate and initial hot water temperature satisfying the. wellbore heating demands can be determined by using a computer program. A smaller size of the hollow rod is recommended to improve wellbore heating and reduce the cost of hollow rod.
