摘 要:主要介绍利用锅炉燃煤灰渣及排污水中碱性物质脱硫工艺,以达到以废治废,降低脱硫运行费用的目的,同时还对灰渣中碱性物质溶出量的有关影响因素及其脱硫机理进行了探讨。Desulphurization techniques have found applications since 1970s, and a considerable variety of techniques have been developed up to date. It is of great importance to the application of desulphurization techniques to large- and medium-capacity boilers that the operating costs for desulphurization need to be reduced. This paper described a desulphurization technique by use of alkaline substances contained in the cinder and bleed water from coal-fired boilers. In addition, the effects on the dissolving ratio of alkaline substances contained in the cinder were investigated, and the desulphurization mechanism was discussed. It was concluded that this technique can reduce the operating costs for desulphurization significantly by use of wastes from boilers.
