摘 要:报道了银催化剂载体的孔容、孔分布和吸水率对催化剂选择性的影响。在载体比表面积接近1m^2/g的情况下,孔容越大,吸水率越高,特别是孔半径大于30μm的孔容所占的比例越大,催化剂的选择性就越高。为制备选择性为83.0%以上的银催化剂,要求载体最佳孔容在0.5ml/g以上,吸水率在60%以上,孔半径大于30μm的孔容占总孔容的10%以上。The effect of total pore volume, water absorbing capacity and pore size distribution of the carrier with lower specific surface on the selectivity of silver catalyst was studied. Selectivity of the catalyst with specific surface about 1m^2/g tends to increase with increasing capability of water absorption and the total pore volume of the carrier, especially for carriers having pores with a radius of greater than 30μm. In order to prepare silver catalyst with selectivity higher than 83%, it is desired to raise the water absorbing capacity of the carrier to greater than 0.6ml/g, the total pore volume of the carrier to higher than 0.5ml/g, and the pore volume of those having a radius greater than 30μm to more than 10% of total pore volume.
