摘 要:研究了ASP型固体酸催化剂一缩乙二醇(二甘醇)环化脱水合成1,4-二氧六环的液相反应。ASP-1和ASP-2催化剂用量为2-2.5g(以每摩尔一缩乙二醇计),在180—200℃反应2小时,1,4-二氧六环的产率达理论产率的90%。考察了反应温度、催化剂加入量和反应时间等对1,4-二氧六环收率的影响。本方法合成1,4-二氧六环的最佳收率达94%以上,样品精制后纯度达99%以上。The method of liquid phase synthesis of dioxane from the cyclodehydration of diethylene glycol catalyzed by ASP-type solid acidic catalysts was studied. For ASP-1 and ASP-2 catalysts, the yield of dioxane can be over 90% of theoretical yield with 2 and 2. 5g cat. per mole diethylene glycol. The effect of reaction temperature, the amount of catalysts and reaction time on the yield of dioxane was also investigated. The results show that under the optimum conditions the yield is over 96% and a highly pure product(over 99%) can be obtained.
