摘 要:系统地研究了不同有机溶剂处理Zr(OH)_4对固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2催化性能的影响。发现不同有机溶剂处理对催化剂性能的影响有较大区别。经乙醚处理后,催化剂的反应活性大大提高,而经乙醇处理后,反应活性明显降低。利用吸附NH_3的TPD、FT-IR、XRD分析和重量法分析6mol/l HCI处理催化剂时SO_4^(2-)的洗脱量等手段研究有机溶剂处理对SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2催化性能影响的原因。In this paper,the performance of SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2 catalysts synthesized by treating Zr(OH)_4 with various organic solvents in the course of their preparation has been studied. The results show that SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2 treated with ether is the mostt active one, while those treated with alcohol show decreased activity.The effects of organic solvent treatment were investigated by FT-IR, TG, NH_3 absorbed TPD, XRD analysis, and analysis of acidic extractives of SO_4^(2-)from catalysts. It is thought that interaction between organic solvent and hydroxy group on hydroxide surface can affect the form and the ability of SO_4^(2-)to combine with the metallic oxide,and which can affect the strength and quantity of acid centers of SO_4^(2-)/ZrO_2,and their catalytic performance.
