摘 要:本文引用序贯模块模拟方法对常压蒸馏过程进行模拟运算,给出了计算实例。设计变量选择为中段循环回流比。与计算实例比较,常压塔操作温度模拟误差<6%。整个模拟计算时间<2min(IBM PC/XT),常压塔各物流抽出温度迭代初始值的合理假设可使模拟时间进一步减少。合理的模拟精度和快速的模拟速度说明以油品蒸馏数据、经验图表和经验关联式开发快速简捷又具有较好精度的原油常压蒸馏过程模拟系统的设想是可行的,并能适应于原油常压蒸馏过程中短期计划实时优化决策问题的需要。The process simulation problem for crude oil atmospheric distillation has been solved, and an illustration is given in the paper. The simulation method is the se- quential-modular approach and the design variable is the pumparound reflux ratio. The re- sult of implementation of this system in computer shows, as compared with the illustration, that it has satisfactory precision (the simulation error of the operation temperature<6%) and rapid calculation features (computer running time<2 mins, in IBM PC/XT; this time can be further shortened by properly changing the initial iteration values of the stream draw- off temperature), This proves that the method based on the oil's distillation related data, in- cluding of a set of empirical diagrams and formulas, to develop a simple and rapid simulation system for the crude oil atmospheric distillation process is feasible. This method also suits the needs of short-period planning decision real time optimization problem pf crude oil atmo- spheric distillation.
